By creating an account and using LocLoop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using LocLoop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

2. Who Can Use LocLoop

• You must be 18 years or older to use LocLoop.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed.
• You must be located in India to use the app.

3. What You Can Post

• Property listings you own or are authorised to list.
• Products you personally own and want to sell.
• Local recommendations, service listings, and location-based information you have direct knowledge of.
• Photos and videos you have taken yourself or have rights to use.

4. What You Cannot Post

• Fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Content you do not own or do not have rights to use.
• Copyrighted music, videos, or images without permission.
• Explicit, adult, or offensive content.
• Spam or unauthorised promotional content.
• Personal information of others without their consent.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or abuses other users.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on LocLoop. By posting, you grant LocLoop a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content within the app. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

6. Paid Packages

LocLoop offers optional paid packages for buyers and sellers (see Pricing). Packages are one-time purchases valid for a fixed period, not recurring subscriptions. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details on how payments, cancellations, and refunds work.

7. Moderation

• Every post is reviewed by our admin team before it goes live on LocLoop.
• Posts found to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines will be deactivated or deleted.
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
• Users can also report content — all reports are reviewed by our team.

8. Disclaimers

• LocLoop is a platform connecting users — we are not a real estate agent or broker.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
• We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or agreements between users.
• Always verify property details independently before making any decisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
